Accommodation Rules

1. Upon arrival at the accommodation facility, the client checks in at the reception, where he presents a valid identity document (ID card or passport). The reception will then issue and hand over the client an accommodation card and room keys.

2. Every client who is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic (foreigner) is obliged to fill out and hand over to the reception an official form on reporting the stay of a foreigner, which the reception will present to him upon arrival.

3. In individual cases, the accommodation facility may offer the client other accommodation than that confirmed in the order.

4. The client is entitled to accommodation no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the client is entitled to use the room until 10:00 a.m. If interested in a late check-out, please contact the hotel reception. The above additional services may be charged at an amount of €20 and their provision depends on the current operational and capacity capabilities of the resort. If the client does not vacate the room by 3:00 p.m., we charge another night. A client who checks in before 7:00 a.m. will also pay the price of accommodation for the previous night.

5. If the client requests an extension of their stay, the reception may offer them another room if capacity permits.

6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Disturbance of quiet hours is resolved by a warning. In the event of repeated disturbance of quiet hours, this will be resolved by the police and the guest will be fined €50.

7. The client is obliged to pay the price for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the valid price list of services. In the event that a contract has been concluded between Maladinovo s.r.o. and contractual partners, payment is made in accordance with the agreed contractual terms. The price list for accommodation services and the price list for additional services are available at the reception and on the website.

8. The accommodation facility is responsible for items brought into the hotel facility by the client as well as for damage caused to stored items, if these items were stored in a place reserved for this purpose or where they are usually stored in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

9. The accommodation facility is responsible for money and valuables only if it has taken them into custody in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

10. The client is responsible for damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

11. The client may not move furniture in the room or in the common areas of the accommodation facility, and in no case interfere with the electrical or other installation network. In the accommodation facility and especially in the room, clients are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances, with the exception of appliances used for personal hygiene (razor, hair dryer, mobile phone charger, etc.).

12. Clients are not allowed to take sports equipment, equipment and other items for which a place is reserved for storage (e.g. bicycle) into the rooms.

13. The client has the right to file a complaint in the book of wishes and complaints at the reception and at the same time be informed about the method of handling his complaint.

14. Smoking of tobacco and tobacco products is prohibited in all accommodation areas of the accommodation facility, except for places reserved for this and marked with a pictogram. Smoking is prohibited especially in houses, interiors and balconies that are part of houses. Violation will be resolved by a contractual fine of €150.

15. Clients are not allowed to take inventory out of the rooms (including towels).​

16. In case of loss of the room key, a fee of €5 is charged at the reception.​

17. Dogs and other animals are allowed in the accommodation facility only after agreement with the accommodation facility and payment of a deposit and fee according to the current price list.

The following measures apply to the accommodation of animals:

- we ask that animals not be left in the hotel premises, including the hotel room, without the supervision of the accommodated guest (owner or accompanying person) for a long time, but only in case of necessity (e.g. for refreshments)

- animals must not be allowed to rest - lie on a bed or other facility that serves for the guest's rest. It is not allowed to use bathtubs, showers, or sinks for bathing and washing animals,

- The inventory used for preparing and serving food to guests must not be used to feed dogs and other animals,

- The guest or the owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to the hotel property

- In case of failure to report the dog, the price for the dog must be paid with a 100% surcharge for the entire period of stay, or the stay can be terminated without a refund of the paid payment for unused services.

18. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room and other interior and exterior areas of the accommodation facility.

19. The client is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Accommodation Regulations and General Terms and Conditions.

20. In case of violation of the provisions set out in the Accommodation Regulations and the General Terms and Conditions, the accommodation facility is entitled to demand from the client payment of a contractual penalty of €50 for each individual violation.
